Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering the Notice of Intent filed by One Vandam Condominium, to submeter electricity at 180 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Notice of Intent to submeter electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of One Vandam Condominium to submeter electricity at 180 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
On October 7, 2015, One Vandam Condominium submitted a Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity at 180 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York. The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or part, the request for authorization to submeter and to take other actions necessary to address the Notice of Intent.
