Modifications to Two Electric Economic Development Programs
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/17/16, the PSC adopted an order accepting Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) proposal for modifications to two electric Economic Development Programs.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4, 5 and 66
Subject:
Modifications to two electric Economic Development Programs.
Purpose:
To accept National Grid's proposal for modifications to two electric Economic Development Programs.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on November 17, 2016, adopted an order accepting Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's proposal for modifications to two electric Economic Development Programs; Building Ready Upstate and Main Street Revitalization, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
