PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 11/27/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Mt. Ebo Water Works, Inc.'s amendments to PSC No. 1 — Water effective December 1, 2012, to increase its annual revenues by $62,002, or 28.4%.
