Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/13/17, the PSC adopted an order approving West 30th HL LLC's (West 30th HL) notice of intent to submeter electricity at 520 West 30th Street, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve West 30th HL's notice of intent to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 13, 2017, adopted an order approving West 30th HL LLC's notice of intent to submeter electricity at 520 West 30th Street, New York, New York, located in the service territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
