Purpose:
To delete positions from and classify positions in the non-competitive class.
Text of final rule:
In the Department of Labor under the subheading “Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board,” by deleting therefrom the position of øSecretary 2 (1) and by adding thereto the position of øAdministrative Assistant 2 (1);
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
Nonsubstantial changes were made in Appendix 2.
