Tariff Amendment
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/16/20, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) tariff amendment to P.S.C. No. 220 – Electricity, to become effective January 22, 2020.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), (2), 65(1), (2), (3), 66(2) and (5)
Subject:
Tariff amendment.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's tariff amendment.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 16, 2020, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) tariff amendment to P.S.C. No. 220 – Electricity, modifying the calculation used for the Value of Distributed Energy Resources Value Stack Demand Reduction Value, to become effective January 22, 2020, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
