PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation for approval to use the Quadlogic S-10T electric submeter in residential applications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Whether to permit the use of the Quadlogic Controls S-10T electric submeter.
Purpose:
To permit the use of the Quadlogic S-10T submeter.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation to use the S-10T Residential Smart Meter in residential submetering applications, and any other related matters.
