Subject:
Petition to amend bill estimation procedures.
Purpose:
To consider the petition of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to amend its current bill estimation procedures.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering the December 23, 2020 petition of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to amend its current heating and non-heating procedures used to calculate bill estimates for all gas and electric residential and small commercial/non-demand customers except those customers with net metering, and demand billed customers.
The amendments proposed in the petition would modify the current bill estimation calculation methodologies for customers to accommodate the implementation of a new SAP computer system, which will replace the Company’s current CIS system, to calculate bill estimates.
