PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 86-1.25 of Title 10 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Health Law, section 2807-c(35)(b)
Subject:
Reduce Hospital Capital Rate Add-on and Reduce Hospital Capital Reconciliation Payment.
Purpose:
To include a 5 percent reduction to the budgeted and actual capital add-on in Article 28 hospital inpatient reimbursement rates.
