PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/11/20, the PSC adopted an order approving with modifications, in part, and denying, in part, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) petition for the use of funds for pipeline safety programs.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Petition for use of funds for pipeline safety programs.
Purpose:
To approve with modifications, in part, and deny, in part, National Grid's petition for use of funds.
