PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/11/20, the PSC adopted an order directing the Village of Freeport (Freeport) to file a cancellation supplement canceling the currently suspended proposed tariff amendments.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
Subject:
Tariff amendment.
Purpose:
To direct Freeport to cancel its currently suspended proposed tariff amendments.
