Approval of a Financing Under Lightened Regulation
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a petition from affiliates of Alliance Energy Group LLC requesting approval under lightened regulation of a financing in the amount of $14.0 million.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 69
Subject:
Approval of a financing under lightened regulation.
Purpose:
To consider approval of a financing under lightened regulation.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed on June 27, 2012 by Alliance NYGT LLC, Seneca Power Partners, L.P., Sterling Power Partners, L.P, Alliance Energy Transmissions LLC, and Alliance Energy Transmissions-Syracuse LLC, which are affiliates of Alliance Energy Group LLC, requesting approval under lightened regulation of a financing in the amount of $14.0 million. The financing will be secured by all of the assets of the affiliates. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
