PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendices 1 and 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify positions in the exempt class and to classify a position from the non-competitive class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Westchester County Service under the subheading “Office of the County Executive,” by adding thereto the position of Director of Economic Development and increasing the number of positions of Senior Assistant to the County Executive II from 2 to 3; and, under the subheading “Department of Law,” by increasing the number of positions of Assistant Chief Deputy County Attorney from 2 to 3; and
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Westchester County Service under the subheading “Office of the District Attorney,” by adding thereto the position of øForensic Accountant (1).
