§ 599.671. Entire Compensation.
Currentness
Unless otherwise indicated in the pay plan, the rates of pay set forth represent the total compensation in every form except for overtime compensation. Each employee shall be paid at one of the established rates in the salary range for the class, unless the Department in accordance with the provisions of Government Code section 19837 authorizes a rate above the maximum of the class.
