WPIC CHAPTER 77. Possessing Stolen Property
WPIC 77.30 Trafficking in Stolen Property—First Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of trafficking in stolen property in the first degree when he or she knowingly
[[initiates] [organizes] [plans] [finances] [directs] [manages] [or] [supervises] the theft of property for sale to others] [or]
[traffics in stolen property knowing the property was stolen].
