WPIC 49C.15 Business Day—Definition
Business day means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a legal local, state, or federal holiday.
NOTE ON USE
Use this instruction when the jury will be instructed that the defendant was required to register within a certain number of business days or when a registration requirement that includes the term “business day” is incorporated into the to-convict instruction.
