WPIC 48.25 Advances a Sexually Explicit Act of a Minor—Definition
The term “advances a sexually explicit act of a minor” means that a person:
[[causes] or [aids] a sexually explicit act of a minor] [or]
[[procures] or [solicits] customers for a sexually explicit act of a minor] [or]
[provides [persons] [or] [premises] for the purposes of a sexually explicit act of minor] [or]
[engages in conduct designed to [institute] [aid] [cause] [assist] or [facilitate] a sexually explicit act of a minor].
NOTE ON USE
Use only for crimes committed on or after June 7, 2012. Use with WPIC 48.26 (Sexually Explicit Act—Definition) and WPIC 47.09 (Minor—Definition).
