WPIC 48.24 Advances Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor—Definition
The term “advances commercial sexual abuse of a minor” means that a person:
[causes or aides a person to [commit] [or] [engage] in commercial sexual abuse of a minor] [or]
[procures or solicits customers for commercial sexual abuse of a minor] [or]
[provides [persons] [or] [premises] for the purposes of engaging in commercial sexual abuse of a minor] [or]
[[operates] [or] [assists] in the operation of a[n] [house] [or] [enterprise] for the purpose of engaging in commercial sexual abuse of a minor] [or]
[engages in any other conduct designed to [institute] [aid] or [facilitate] an [act] [or] [enterprise] of commercial sexual abuse of a minor].
The term does not include a minor who receives compensation for personally rendered sexual conduct or a person who is engaged in commercial sexual abuse of a minor.

Care must be taken to limit the alternatives to those that were included in the charging document and are supported by sufficient evidence.
