WPIC 36.07.06 Harassment—Felony—Criminal Justice Participant—Definition
A “criminal justice participant” includes any
[federal, state, or local [law enforcement agency employee] [or] [prosecuting attorney or deputy prosecuting attorney]] [or]
[staff member of any [adult corrections institution] [or] [local adult detention facility] [or] [juvenile corrections institution] [or] [local juvenile detention facility]] [or]
[[community corrections] [probation] [or] [parole] officer] [or]
[member of the indeterminate sentence review board] [or]
[advocate from a crime victim/witness program] [or]
[defense attorney].
