WPIC 180.06 Verdict Form C—Lesser Degree—Three Degrees
(Insert case caption, using the title “Verdict Form C.” See Note on Use to WPIC 180.01 (Verdict Form A—General).)
We, the jury, having found the defendant (defendant's name) not guilty of the crime of (crime from Verdict Form B) [in Count ], or being unable to unanimously agree as to that charge, find the defendant (write in “not guilty” or “guilty”) of the crime of (fill in crime).

NOTE ON USE
When three degrees of the crime are being submitted, use this Verdict Form C to submit the lowest degree of the crime. Use WPIC 180.01 (Verdict Form A—General) and WPIC 180.05 (Verdict Form B—Lesser Degree/Lesser Included/Attempt) to submit the two higher degrees. See Note on Use to WPIC 180.05 (Verdict Form B—Lesser Degree/Lesser Included/Attempt).
Fill in all blanks except the space for “not guilty” or “guilty,” which is left for the jury to fill in. Fill in the name and degree of the crime which was submitted on Verdict Form B to reflect the not guilty finding as to that intermediate degree which is a prerequisite to the jury's use of this Verdict Form C. Fill in the name and degree of the lowest degree of the crime that is being submitted by this Verdict Form C.
