COMMENT
The instruction has been withdrawn. A statutory amendment in 1995 changed this offense so that it is now an alternative means of committing second degree unlawful possession of a firearm. This offense is now addressed in WPIC 133.02.07 (Unlawful Possession of a Firearm—Second Degree—Involuntary Commitment—Elements).
