WPIC 120.10 Rendering Criminal Assistance—First Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of rendering criminal assistance in the first degree when he or she renders criminal assistance to a person whom he or she knows [has committed] [or] [is being sought for] (fill in the blank with the applicable charge from the information).
