WPIC CHAPTER 118. Perjury or False Swearing
WPIC 118.01 Perjury—First Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of perjury in the first degree when in any official proceeding he or she makes a materially false statement that he or she knows to be false while under an oath required or authorized by law.
