WPIC CHAPTER 80. Arson
WPIC 80.05 Arson—Second Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of arson in the second degree when he or she knowingly and maliciously causes a fire or explosion that damages any [building] [structure or erection appurtenant to or joining any building] [wharf] [dock] [machine] [engine] [automobile] [motor vehicle] [watercraft] [aircraft] [bridge] [trestle] [hay] [grain] [crop] [timber, whether cut or standing] [range land] [pasture land] [fence] [lumber, shingle, or other timber products] [property].
