WPIC CHAPTER 75. Theft of Livestock
WPIC 75.03 Theft of Livestock—Second Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of theft of livestock in the second degree when, with intent to deprive or defraud the lawful owner thereof, he or she willfully [takes] [leads or transports away] [conceals] [withholds] [slaughters] [or] [appropriates] any [horse] [mule] [cow] [heifer] [bull] [steer] [swine] [goat] [or] [sheep] for his or her own use.
