WPIC 65.03 Enter—Definition
The term enter includes the entrance of the person, or the insertion of any part of the person's body, or any instrument or weapon held in the person's hand and used or intended to threaten or intimidate another person or to detach or remove property.
NOTE ON USE
Do not use this instruction in the usual case. It does not define entry of the person in the usual sense. Use this instruction only in those cases in which the facts relate to reaching into the premises with an instrument or part of the body. If this instruction is used, it should be used with WPIC 65.02 (Enters or Remains Unlawfully—Definition).
