WPIC CHAPTER 60. Burglary and Criminal Trespass
WPIC 60.02.01 Residential Burglary—Definition
A person commits the crime of residential burglary when he or she enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling with intent to commit a crime against a person or property therein.
