WPIC 50.65 Public Park—Definition
“Public park” means land, including any facilities or improvements on the land, that is operated as a park by the State or a local government.

RCW 69.50.435.
The enhanced penalty for selling drugs in a public park does not violate due process and equal protection guarantees. State v. Carter, 64 Wn.App. 90, 823 P.2d 523 (1992); State v. Henderson, 64 Wn.App. 339, 824 P.2d 492 (1992).
