WPIC 47.03 Indecent Exposure—Person Under Fourteen Years—Definition
A person commits the crime of indecent exposure when he or she intentionally makes any open and obscene exposure of his or her person to a person under the age of fourteen years, knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm.

Use this instruction if it will help the jury understand the charged offense or if it is necessary to define this particular offense for the jury. See the Comment to WPIC 4.24 (Definition of the Crime—Form).
Use this instruction when the defendant exposes himself or herself to someone under fourteen years of age. Along with this instruction, use WPIC 10.01 (Intent—Intentionally—Definition) and WPIC 10.02 (Knowledge—Knowingly—Definition).
