WPIC CHAPTER 47. Indecent Exposure—Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes
WPIC 47.01 Indecent Exposure—Person Fourteen Years or Older—Definition
A person commits the crime of indecent exposure when he or she intentionally makes any open and obscene exposure of [his or her person] [or] [the person of another] knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm.
