WPIC 37.03 Robbery—Second Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of robbery in the second degree when he or she commits robbery.
NOTE ON USE
Use this instruction only when second degree robbery is submitted to the jury as a lesser included offense. If the only charge is second degree robbery, then this instruction is not needed. See the Note on Use to WPIC 37.50 (Robbery—Definition).
