WPIC 29.01 Controlled Substances Homicide—Definition
A person commits the crime of controlled substances homicide when he or she knowingly and unlawfully delivers a controlled substance, which controlled substance is subsequently used by the person to whom it is delivered, and that use is a proximate cause of the person's death.
