This instruction has been withdrawn. The former instruction was based on former RCW 9A.40.090(2), as enacted by Laws of 1993, Chapter 509, § 1. The crime of luring now includes as an element an intent to harm the victim or facilitate a crime. RCW 9A.40.090(1); see WPIC 39.41 (Luring—Elements).
