COMMENT
The WPI Committee has withdrawn the separate instruction because the same language is already included in WPIC 1.02 (Conclusion of Trial—Introductory Instruction). The jurors should be instructed with WPIC 1.02 rather than with a separate instruction on the credibility of witnesses and weight of testimony.
