WPIC 2.15 Omission—Definition
Omission means a failure to act.
NOTE ON USE
This instruction will rarely be used. In any case in which an omission or failure to act is relevant, it is preferable to use the words “acted or failed to act” rather than using the word “omission.” If it is necessary to use the word “omission” in an instruction, this definition instruction should also be used.
