NOTE ON USE
This special verdict form is to be used when a series of thefts are part of a single, continuing criminal impulse and are done pursuant to the execution of a common scheme or plan when one or more of the thefts occurred beyond the statute of limitations. This issue is further discussed in WPIC 4.20 (Introduction). Use this special verdict form with WPIC 160.00 (Concluding Instruction—Special Verdict—Penalty Enhancements).
