WPIC CHAPTER 135. Animal Cruelty
WPIC 135.02 Animal Cruelty—First Degree—Sexual Conduct or Contact—Definition
[“Sexual conduct” means any of the following, if done for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal of a person:
[(1)] [touching or fondling by the person, [either directly or through clothing,] of the sex organs or anus of an animal] [or]
[(2)] [transfer or transmission of semen by the person upon any part of the animal].]
[“Sexual contact” means any of the following, if done for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal of a person:
[(1)] [contact, however slight, between the mouth, sex organ, or anus of the person and the sex organ or anus of an animal] [or]
[(2)] [intrusion, however slight, of any part of the body of the person into the sex organ or anus of an animal] [or]
[(3)] [any intrusion of the sex organ or anus of the person into the mouth of the animal].]
