WPIC 43.07 Intimate Areas—Definition
“Intimate areas” means any portion of a person's body or undergarments that is covered by clothing and intended to be protected from view.

Use this definition with WPIC 43.02 (Voyeurism—First Degree—Elements) and WPIC 43.02.01 (Voyeurism—Second Degree—Elements), if applicable.
