WPIC 52.19 Medical Marijuana—Authorization—Definition
A medical marijuana authorization is a written authorization on a Department of Health form that has been completed and signed by a qualifying patient's health care professional. The form must be printed on tamper-resistant paper.

Use this instruction only for offenses committed on or after July 1, 2016.
Use this instruction if it is helpful to the jury to define a term used in WPIC 52.10 (Medical Marijuana—Qualifying Patient—Defense), WPIC 52.11 (Medical Marijuana—Designated Provider—Defense), and WPIC 52.11.04 (Medical Marijuana—Cooperative—Defense).
