WPIC 52.17 Medical Marijuana—Health Care Professional—Definition
A medical health care professional means a physician, a physician's assistant, an osteopathic physician, an osteopathic physician's assistant, a naturopath, or an advanced registered nurse practitioner, licensed under the laws of the state of Washington.
Use this instruction only for offenses committed on or after July 1, 2016.
Use this instruction with WPIC 52.13 (Medical Marijuana—Qualifying Patient—Definition), if it is helpful to the jury.
