WPIC 52.17 Medical Marijuana—Health Care Professional—Definition
A medical health care professional means a physician, a physician's assistant, an osteopathic physician, an osteopathic physician's assistant, a naturopath, or an advanced registered nurse practitioner, licensed under the laws of the state of Washington.
