WPIC 50.53 Marijuana Concentrate—Definition
Marijuana concentrate means a product consisting wholly or in part of the resin extracted from any part of the plant Cannabis and having a THC concentration greater than ten percent.
NOTE ON USE
Use this instruction to define a term used in WPIC 50.04 (Possession of Marijuana—21 Years or Older—Definition) and WPIC 50.04.02 (Possession of Marijuana—Under 21 Years—Definition).
Do not use for offenses alleged to have been committed prior to July 24, 2015.
