WPIC 50.52 Marijuana-Infused Product—Definition
Marijuana-infused product means a product that contains marijuana or marijuana extracts, is intended for human use, and has a THC concentration greater than 0.3 percent and no greater than sixty percent.
NOTE ON USE
Use this instruction to define a term used in WPIC 50.04 (Possession of Marijuana—21 Years or Older—Definition) and WPIC 50.04.02 (Possession of Marijuana—Under 21 Years—Definition).
Do not use for offenses alleged to have been committed prior to December 6, 2102.
