WPIC 120.11.01 Rendering Criminal Assistance—Second Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of rendering criminal assistance in the second degree when he or she renders criminal assistance to a person whom he or she knows [has committed] [or] [is being sought for] (fill in the blank with the applicable charge from the information).

Use this instruction if it will help the jury understand the charged offense or if it is necessary to define this particular offense for the jury. See the Comment to WPIC 4.24 (Definition of the Crime—Form).
