WPIC CHAPTER 71. Retail Theft
WPIC 71.03 Theft with Intent to Resell—Second Degree—Definition
A person commits the crime of theft with the intent to resell in the second degree when he or she commits theft of property with a value of at least $250[, but less than $1,500,] from [a mercantile establishment] [one or more mercantile establishments over a period of 180 days] with the intent to resell the property for monetary or other gain.
