WPIC 50.18 Retail Marijuana Product Sales to a Person Under the Age of 21—Definition
A person commits the crime of retail marijuana product sales, if the person is an employee of a retail outlet and in the course of their employment, sells [marijuana] [marijuana infused product] [marijuana concentrate] to a person under the age of 21.

Use this instruction if it will help the jury understand the charged offense or if it is necessary to define this particular offense for the jury. See Comment to WPIC 4.24 (Definition of Crime—Form).
Use this instruction when an employee of a retail outlet is charged with selling marijuana products to a person under the age of 21 in the course of employment.
Any other delivery to a person under the age of 21 is an offense under RCW 69.50.401(1) (manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver or manufacture a controlled substance) or RCW 69.50.406 (distribution to persons under age eighteen).
