COMMENT
The WPI Committee believes that no instruction should be given commenting upon or singling out this particular kind of evidence of market value. In State v. Elder, 70 Wn.2d 414, 423 P.2d 533 (1967), the court held that it was not error to refuse an instruction advising the jury to disregard sales that were not near in time and place.
