WPI 151.08 Costs—Repairs to Remainder
You are to consider evidence of costs of repairs to the remaining property made necessary by this taking only to the extent that such costs affect the market value of the remaining property.
NOTE ON USE
Use this instruction when there is evidence of the costs of repairs or rehabilitation of the remaining property necessitated by the taking.
COMMENT
Costs of rehabilitation or repair are not usually the measure of compensation; evidence of such costs is to be considered only as a factor in arriving at market value.
