WPI 50.15 Partner—Liability of—No Issue As to Partnership, Agency, or Scope of Authority
(Names of partners)are partners.(Partner's name)was acting on behalf of the partnership and within the scope of authority. Therefore, if you decide for the plaintiff, your verdict must be against all the partners.

Use this instruction only when there is no issue as to the existence or scope of the partnership. The instruction should be modified if the partnership is the plaintiff, or if there is a partnership on both sides.
