COMMENT
In early editions of this volume, WPI 6.12 was presented as a mid-trial instruction addressing whether jurors would be allowed to propose questions for witnesses. Because the WPI Committee believes it is a better practice to instruct the jurors on this point at the beginning of the trial, this mid-trial instruction was previously withdrawn in favor of WPI 1.01 (Advance Oral Instruction—Beginning of Proceedings).
