WPIC 50.30 Use of Drug Paraphernalia—Definition
A person commits the crime of use of drug paraphernalia when he or she uses drug paraphernalia to [plant] [propagate] [cultivate] [grow] [harvest] [manufacture] [compound] [convert] [produce] [process] [or] [prepare] a controlled substance.
